Fraud / Chargeback Policy

Prohibited Activity

The following are considered fraudulent and will not be tolerated:

  • False claims of non-delivery or product defects.

  • Filing chargebacks without contacting support first.

  • Providing false or misleading information during the refund process.

  • Submitting duplicate refund requests under different accounts.

Investigations & Outcomes

If fraud is suspected, Romenara reserves the right to investigate. Outcomes may include:

  • Refund denial.

  • Reporting to Shopify and/or legal authorities.

  • Refusal of future service.

Chargebacks

  • Customers must contact Romenara support before filing a chargeback.

  • If unresolved, we may process a refund or provide an alternative solution.

  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in the customer being held responsible for fees.

Agreement

By purchasing from Romenara, you agree to this Fraud / Chargeback Policy. Romenara reserves the right to update or enforce these terms at any time.
